errors, omissions, misunderstandings or claims arising from the
advertisement or any arrangement or booking made with an advertiser/owner.

take every care to reproduce faithfully the text, prices, contact details
and photographs provided to us by advertisers. We will not however be held
liable for any loss arising out of any error or omission on our part.

Palm Imperial Apartments reserves
the right to determine the design and layout of advertisements, and (at our
discretion) make alterations to submitted text or photographs, should we
consider any to be necessary.

If Palm Imperial
Apartments receives a complaint about a property, we reserve the right
to remove that property from our web site without notice, if in our opinion
the complaint is reasonably substantiated. Such complaints could relate to
the accuracy of an advertisement, the condition or maintenance of the
property, unacceptable booking conditions or procedures, lack of adequate
response to complaints etc. In all cases our decision will be final.

The advertiser/owner may
choose to withdraw their advertisement from the Palm Imperial Apartments
website at any time – please notify us in writing (letter or e-mail). They
may also request that that their advertisement is reinstated at any time
during the period of advertising purchased. Please note that the period of
advertising will not be extended to allow for the time when the
advertisement was not showing on the web site.

When booking a property we would recommend
that you ensure all details, including any booking conditions, are confirmed
by e-mail or in writing with the owner and Palm Imperial Apartments

Palm Imperial Apartments dose not
accept any responsibility in respect of death, injury or illness of any
person or persons occupying the properties booked through Palm Imperial Apartments

The apartment is only allowed to be
occupied by members specified on the booking form
and secondary letting or sharing is prohibited. Charges may be levied for
any persons occupying the property who have not been numbered on the booking
form. On no account must the number of occupants exceed the maximum
specified.

The lead name on the booking form will accept full responsibility for the property
throughout the letting period, this will cover full liability for all
loss/damages to the property or its contents caused by any other member of their
party.

Should a booking need
to be cancelled, then your deposit will not be returned. Should a
cancellation occur after the total balance has been paid, then only 50% of
the the full
amount will be refunded.

If the full balance for the rental is not paid when it becomes due, then we reserve
the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit to cover costs.

We would also remind you that
holiday/travel insurance is essential and is best taken out at the time of
booking your accommodation and travel.

Most Palm Imperial Apartments/properties are
managed by a Management Agent. All apartments/properties are fully inspected at the end
of the holiday let. Problems should be reported
to the Management Company at the time of your holiday, the Managements
Company will endeavor to have any problem rectified as quick as possible.

Due to the exclusivity and
high standard of our properties we require a security deposit of £200
which is payable with your balance 8 weeks before departure. This
security deposit will be returned by post, when the property has been
vacated and inspected by our representative.
